{Stuffed Tomatoes}

I wish I had more time.I wish I had more inspiration.As I'm writing this, I wonder why my fingers aren't moving at the speed of lightning. In my mind, I'm constantly writing new posts. Everyday, as new inspiration.Everytime, I scribble notes in my litte notebook, quickly writing down my thoughts and ideas. Endless, it seems.When I come home, I rush to my computer, trying to write down my notes from my little notebook; my ideas, my inspirations. And new recipes.But sometimes, my inspiration leads me to mindlessly inventing recipes of my own.Simple recipes. Tasteful foods.Like my stuffed tomatoes.


{Stuffed tomatoes}

*Ingredients*
1 chili, finely chopped
9 garlic cloves, minced
3 dl oil
1 tsp powdered ginger
6 tsp Herbes de Provençe
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
9 cubes of feta cheese,crumbled
4 tomatoes, halved sideways

1.Cut the tomatoes in halves, from side to side. Set aside. 
2.In a glass or smal bowl, place the chili, garlic cloves, powdered ginger, Herbes de Provençe, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme and feta cheese. Add the oil and blend together.

3.Preheat the oven to 150°C.

4.In a casserolle dish, put the tomato halves. Place the herb and oil mixture on top of each tomato half. It doesn't matter if the oil slides off the sides of the tomatoes; the essential part is the herb filling. Put the cassarolle dish in oven and bake tomatoes at 150°C for about ten minutes, or until tomatoes are soft.

Norsk versjon
{Fylte Tomatar}

*Ingrediensar* 
1 chili, hakka fint
9 kvitlauksfedd, hakka fint
3 dl olje
1 ts ingefærpulver
6 ts Herbes de Provençe
1 ts tørka basilikum
1 ts tørka oregano
2 ts tørka timian
9 fetakuber, i bitar
4 tomatar, delte på skrå

1.Del tomatane på skrå.

2.Ha chilien, kvitlauken, ingefæren, Herbes de Provençe, basilikum, oregano, timian og fetaosten i eit glas eller ein liten bolle. Hell i olja og bland i saman.

3.Varm opp omnen til 150°C.

4.Ha dei skorne tomatane i ei eldfast form og tøm olje- og krydderblandinga oppå. Det gjer ingen ting om olja dryp på sidene av tomatane. Set den eldfaste forma i omnen og steik ved 150°C i om lag ti minutt, eller heilt til tomatane er mjuke.
